Terms of sale.

These terms explain how the Trinex site, product pages, checkout, account dashboard and order workflow operate.

Business details

Trading name: TRINEX. Formal company details, registered address and VAT status will be added when supplied by the business owner.

Product information

Product pages describe the current Trinex range using factual ingredient, flavour and pack information. Nutrition, allergen and label details should be checked against the product packaging. Trinex content is not medical advice.

Orders and accounts

Checkout creates or updates a customer account, records delivery details, creates an order and produces an invoice/order timeline. Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery information.

Payment status

Orders may use manual invoice capture or a connected payment provider depending on the available checkout options shown at the time of purchase.

Availability and pricing

Products, prices, discounts, shipping costs and subscription options may change. If a pricing or availability error occurs, the order can be corrected, cancelled or refunded under the applicable order policy.

Admin actions

Admin users can manage products, orders, customers, influencer applications, newsletter queues and settings. Admin access must stay limited to authorised users with strong passwords and protected sessions.
