The checkout currently defaults to the United Kingdom. Any international delivery, restricted postcodes or trade delivery rules will be shown or agreed before dispatch.
Shipping costs are controlled in the admin settings and shown during the order flow. The current system supports standard shipping and a free-shipping threshold.
When admin adds courier details, customers can see fulfilment progress and tracking information from their account dashboard and order timeline.
Unless another timeframe is clearly agreed with the customer, UK distance-selling guidance expects delivery within 30 days. If there is a delay, contact the customer with the available options.
Bulk, gym, retail and sampling orders may need a separate quote, invoice and courier arrangement. Route those enquiries through the contact or trade form.
